Over a month since tests, no response and issues continue. I had no reply to phone call so called in to book an appointment. Receptionist tried but system showed nothing available till late October-November!! Ridiculous. I was told best option DoctorLink. In trying to get a follow up appointment completing the full questionnaire seemed unnecessary and the result said get an appointment immediately! I received an advice of appointment by text at 21.40 for the following morning, when I was away. I immediately responded advising when I was available. Your system acknowledged. I then get a rude mail for not turning up to an appointment!! I again call in to reception who again tried hard to book for me without success so sent it upstairs for your booking team to sort……….

Suggested improvements
Almost everything. Receptionist were good and tried, system appears to be a nightmare!
