When the telephone is eventually answered the person on the other end can't make Dr's appointments they have to go through a manager I had to go to a nurse how was very nice but couldn't really help with what I wanted so I had to have another appointment ! Totally waste of the first appointment! Also of my time having to go back to speak to a Dr!

Suggested improvements
Answer your phones quicker to stop your paients waiting sometimes up to 30 + mins, get them to make Dr appointments rather than waiting for a manager to it. If you are going to put people upstairs in the tiny waiting room maybe put extra chairs in rather than paients having to stand.
