Beaversbrook staff at their reception desk were swift to recognise I'd need an appointment I the next week rather than next 4 weeks & didn't argue or question that I'd really tried to solve my problem online first. Today Dr. Katy Hughes was so amazing; she listened, gave a thorough examination, read my medical history, but most importantly had a lovely calmingvway that made me feel totally at ease & happy with her. What a great asset to Patford House surgery. Thankyou x
