This is by far the worst GP surgery I have been too! Please please please get a phone! When I call the number they NEVER ANSWER. We are told they have Doctor Link app, which didn't work, then a few weeks later told they have got rid of that new system and now have MedLoop, which again doesn't work. It is dreadful, there is no process for making an appointment. They are located in Calne with a high proportion of elderly people who do not have the internet and they are expected to download an app!!! The receptionist are useful, I see no point in then, rude uncaring and frankly have no idea what they are doing!
