Phones hardly ever get answered, if they do, you cannot get an appointment with a doctor, you are offered an appointment with the practice nurse. Whrn you ask why not a doctor, the answer is " the practice nurse is a few levels lower than a doctor !!!! I have now been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment. Since covud, the surgery has gone from bad to worse
