I booked my COVID test online following a text. Very quick & easy. However, trying to speak to someone on the phone is difficult. It is not always convenient sending a message through SystemOnline

Suggested improvements
Speaking to a human voice is so important. Not everyone can use a smart phone or computer, aside from sometimes just speaking to someone helps allay fears or concerns. Message response times should be quicker as well as these can be delayed to shortage of staff.
