I got my appointment within a week through DoctorLink which was excellent. I haven’t been able to get an appointment by phone or in person for a long time

Suggested improvements
I am happy to use DoctorLink but there must be many who aren’t so how do they get an appointment?

Good Morning Dear Patient - Thank you for you review and we are pleased to hear Doctorlink is working for you. We do still welcome telephone calls for appointments and we do have an escalation route for patients who don't have access to online services. In addition to this we have a member of staff in post, Paula is here to engage individually with patients to ensure they have access to all services available to them.
