The phone system is dreadful, if you are having on-going treatment then you are not too bad. If you have new symptoms of any kind, even if you bo into the surgery, you are sent away to use the ridiculous Doctor Link. What an awful thing that is. I wanted a consultation about my eye. According to that I'm going blind. My daughter had some pain in her chest so they made it look like she was about to die with a PE. This system, and 111 are responsible for so many people calling an ambulance or going to A&E. The paramedic that dealt with my daughter said they are at their wits end with it

Ditch Docto Link and go back to the old phone system when you were told where you were in the queue.
