I am 74. I live 3 miles from surgery. The phone line appears never to be answered. So I go to the surgery and I feel I have to battle to speak with doctor. Last week saw nursing practitioner who was good. But did not have the knowledge to realize I was not suffering with the diagnosis. Week wasted with me in agony. Till a doctor saw the rash

Answered the phone. Was able to give appointment with doctor.not practitioner in this case
