I have an urgent message to contact my doctor for an appointment. However I am unable to get one so far. It feels like I'm being fobbed off when I phone or write in. It's now nearly a week and I still am no further forward. I am stressed and in pain. Admin seems totally unfit for purpose.

Everything. Priorities urgent requests Answer the phone quicker ( average 20mins)
