I don't usually have to contact the Doctors surgery as I have been lucky to be fit, healthy and well. However, after returning from our holiday I required the need for an appointment with a Doctor. I messaged through SystemOnline after a friend recommended it. Straight away, I was given advice, and eventually an appointment next day. I do have prescriptions but this week, I was advised I needed a review. Messaging again through SystemOnline and I was given an appointment with a Clinician and then another for a blood test. All through contacting via SystemOnline I have been dealing with Francesca, who has been absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Francesca, please can the NHS clone you.

Suggested improvements
The referral to Pharmacy doesn't really work. I was advised that the Pharmacy would call me within 4 hours, this was at 10am, by 5pm I was calling the Pharmacy. After 8 attempts to and answer phone and mailbox not receiving messages, the Pharmacist answered, to advise that they don't call patients back.... Somewhere the process is a little broken.
