I have to attend for regular issues and checks after my major stroke last Sep and my treatment and aftercare by the surgery has been excellent. I'm able to get appointments most of the time at a time and date to suit me.

Suggested improvements
Occasionally you have to wait a while for phone to answer but if in a queue, I request call back which works well. Sometimes waiting for clinical staff to call you back can take a while but usually this is very good too.
