It seems I was confused reggarding a TEXT message whch I received regarding a contact which I had with staff of Patford House Partnership on Tuesday 31 st March which I muddled up and sent a report which in fact related to my first use of DoctorLink which also involved staff of Patford House Partnership. The report her relates to my other contact with Patford House Partnership which occure at about the same time. 44 Wessington Park, Quemerford, Calne, SN11 0AU. I wish to register my particular thanks to the two female members of the Patford House Surgery Administration Team who so cheerfully & professionally provided assistance to me when I telephone the surgery yesterday Thursday seeking someone to assist me resolve a problem we had regarding my wife’s prescription medication. Unfortunately I did not register the name of either of them, having not listened carefully enough to them as each of them had listened to me! However I believe they will know who they are. The lady I first spoke with took particular care to listen to my outlining my problem before connecting me to another colleague. That team member very kindly listened to what I had to say. Then proposed solutions which I had not considered and left me feeling confident that the matter would be resolved satisfactorily in good time. In addition emailed contact details community support service which may be of use to us during our very long period of self-isolation. I should be most grateful were the first person to read this note please pass my sincere thanks to the members of the team who helped me. Best wishes, Peter Brummell.
