Hi - I had a telephone appointment with Doctor Glen Waterhouse who is a locum doctor for this surgery. The receptionist who booked my appointment was very professional and helpful. Doctor Waterhouse was very kind and genuinely tried his best to help me with the ramifications of a spinal cord injury, I suffer from Cauda Equina Syndrome which has left me with dead and damaged nerves that cause me a lot of pain and discomfort. He gave me some Baclofen to try to help with the spasms and the dead feeling in my legs, along with the tightness which is chronic, unpleasant and continually nags at me every day. I would like to thank him for trying so hard, I could tell he was trying his best to help me. Unfortunately, there is no medication available to treat the icy coldness in my legs and feet. The baclofen has been a godsend, I will put up with the side effect of having a dry mouth with the medication because it has helped so much. Thank you everyone for your helpfulness and kindness shown to me, I do appreciate it.
