The worst surgery. Unable to get an appointment, when you finally get through to reception after being on hold they are unbelievably rude. Communication is terrible, received a text in the late evening when i was asleep telling me I had an appointment first thing the next morning- despite being told there were no appointments and having to go through 111, suffice to say I missed the appointment as had not seen the text and they were very quick to tell me they'd strike me off if it happened again even though i have never missed an appointment before! Results not given, they don't call you back- ended up having to request my medical history on airmid where it was written they were concerned about cancer yet this was the first I had heard of it. Inundated with texts about needing to book an appointment yet no available appointments for 3 months which is fine yet continue to be constantly texted after finally being able to book telling me I still need to book, unsure whether my booked appointment is still booked yet cannot get through on the phone to confirm! Shocking.
