The nurse who took my bloods was lovely and persevered. She listened to me and made me feel at ease, even when it became a little uncomfortable. (My blood didn’t want to drain that easily. It wasn’t the nurses fault, it was my veins!) Well done

Suggested improvements
More availability for blood test appointments. My preferred surgery is Beversbrook Medical Centre, but there was no avaliability, and even for Padford House Surgery, I had to wait a number of weeks.
