The receptionists are all lovely and helpful but whatever they say is going to happen doesn't. I don't think this is their fault so they should have 5 stars but the terrible service may be the whole system.

Suggested improvements
I have had terrible experiences with this surgery since December 2021, being left four times without medication for an extended period. I didn't have any problems with Patford House, who I have been with since Dr Harris was at Elm Grove Surgery. Terrible service. Too many complaints to list. I am making an official complaint, once I am back on my BP meds (which I haven't had for 13 days) and feel more able.
