I went for my monthly blood test this morning. Although it was only 8.30 there was a queue waiting to speak to the receptionist, these patients were dealt with quickly. I was seen on time and the phlebotomist was kind and caring. This has been the practice I have attended for the last 18 years. I have always been treated by doctors and nurses alike in a caring and professional manner. Thank you to all the staff at this practice.
