When I arrived for my appointment with the midwife there had been an admin error and my appointment was not on the books. Despite this the reception team made every effort to investigate the situation and I was still able to see the midwife on time that day. Follow up appointments were made easily and swiftly. Very friendly reception staff which makes a change to some surgeries that I have been registered with in the past.

Very hard to get an appointment, I phoned the surgery one afternoon only to be told to call back the next day at 8am. You are then in a queue that can last ages, if you are lucky there are appointments left when get through.

I have no complaints about the care I have received over the years. It remains somewhat difficult to obtain early appointments but the online booking system is a great help especially to someone, such as myself, with severe hearing limitations, making telephone use almost impossible.

I was impressed for the good organization they had and speed on book my due appointments. I was listened by all of them, I received a great treatment and they made me feel welcome and really at easy even when the tests were not that pleasant.. Great staff and organization!!

Having moved recently from Leicestershire and remembering Park Surgery from 20 years ago, I was very happy to register again. I feel it is very well run.
