If all GP surgeries were as well run at "Park", the NHS would be held in higher regard by the public.
Let's hope that it continues to improve and develop with an increased staff to give a seven day service.
I usually book my appointments online. The doctor with whom I am registered, and with whom I am very pleased, rarely appears in the list of appointments offered. However, Dr Raphael's name does appear and I have now seen him several times. I am delighted with the care he gives. I always feel listened to. Thank you.
Park Surgery staff have shown the greatest levels of care and consideration for my baby son and I during several recent visits. I would particularly like to highlight how helpful and thoughtful the receptionists are in arranging for advice to be given over the phone and sorting out emergency appointments. This surgery embodies what is great about the NHS.
I am 75 yrs old - Recently I wa concerned about hurts in between shoulder blades and worried if it was my heart On just turning up at reception, Susie looked after me, giving me a drink of water and managing to fit me in with a lovely lady doctor Dr. Jethwa.
I was given an ECG & eventually went to Redhill, where I stayed for lots of tests overnight. Things are now ongoing to find out what's what.
It was wonderful, the way ALL the staff treated me at the Park Surgery, as I find with most of the doctors I see if Dr. Rattan is not available.
Sometimes, it is a long wait on the phone to book an appointment, but the receptionists are always helpful.
Phoning the surgery is very poor to get an appointment. Frequently have to wait over 15 minutes before being answered, even at so called quiet times.
Have to wait nearly 4 weeks to see my own GP for a routine appointment after receiving a letter to discuss blood test results.
Once seen by the GP I cannot fault the service - very helpful and I feel totally satisfied.
