Happy with the service. Main issue is appointments always 15-30 mins later than scheduled but no suggestion how that can be improved other than more doctors and less appointments. Would be nice to have a phone app to book appointments without having to remember login details on a computer. Same for other services eg blood tests, scans etc. this will avoid lengthy waits on the phone which typically are 5-15 minutes waiting to get through to reception.

My biggest concern is being unable to see my own GP unless I am able to wait a couple of weeks! However, fortunately I find the other GPs' to be as helpful, and of course they do have easy access to patients' online records these days. I visited the surgery yesterday, requiring antibiotics for a sinus infection. I was concerned that the doctor did not tell me to STOP using my prescribed statins whilst I was taking the antibiotics. Fortunately my own GP had told me this on a previous occasion! Perhaps a large notice should be displayed to warn that antibiotics and statins if taken together can have quite serious effects?
