If attending for repeat care, (I need to go once a month a the moment) then find a doctor you are comfortable with and ask to book the next appointment in the room with them. it makes the booking system much simpler and the whole experience much smoother as you can normally agree the day and the time of day. Much easier than booking by phone which can understandably be a bit of a lottery in such a busy practice.

We have just moved into the area so had to decide which surgery to choose. We are very pleased so far to have chosen Park surgery. Once we were on the list I had my first appointment with Dr Jende. The receptionist was very helpful as it was my first time. My appointment was on time, Dr Jende was very pleasant and helpful. The surgery offers everything I need, plus the facility of an onsite pharmacy. I hope that I do not need to be a frequent visitor, but so far all goes well.

I have not had a recent appointment. This comment relates only to my most recent contact with the surgery which was a query at Reception about medication: The receptionists were very helpful but some confusion and additional work was created unnecessarily because after a change was made to the time at which Dr Rattan was to ring me about the medication, the receptionist failed to delete the original time from the system. As always Dr Rattan did make contact, and sorted out my query most efficiently, but had to ring me twice because of the system holding both the original and the new contact time.

I saw Dr Jethwa on Tuesday & she was very thorough & helpful. I needed to make an appointment with a nurse and the receptionist was also very helpful. I had a telephone call the following day & an appointment was suggested 2 weeks later. I was unavailable then and asked if it was possible to be seen sooner as I was in some discomfort. There was an appointment available later that day which I accepted. The nurse was very pleasant and approachable. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and gave me some good suggestions, but recommended that I return to see the doctor for medical advice. I found the whole experience much better than I had anticipated and I greatly appreciate everyone's kindness & efficiency. Thank you.
