I never used phone line for booking the appointment, either by walk-in or by online. Most of the times, I went before 8 am to book the slot for that day due to any kind of illness. I never been failed to get a slot. It is a very good practice, run by a group of wonderful carers.

I have recently had a worrying condition and feel the need to express my thoughts about Park Surgery. The receptionists were very understanding and managed to fit me in with the excellent Dr Fisher within a couple of hours of calling. I can't credit them enough for their response and empathy to my situation. Drs and reception staff are under so much pressure with huge demands on their time but I have to say that they are fab when it really counts and cannot be faulted. Yes, it can be frustrating to get through on the telephone and wait for a routine appointment but with 20 plus thousand patients we have to try to show some patience and understanding. Thank you Park staff and the lovely Drs Nat and Fisher.

I saw a senior GP at this surgery. An ECG was required. The doctor asked for this to be done immediately. I was seen by a nurse within three minutes of the request reaching the receptionist, the ECG was done immediately, and I was seen by the GP again within ten minutes of its completion. A very efficient service. All staff were very professional in their behaviour towards me.
