The only thing I would like is better funding so that more doctors and staff can be hired. It can be busy sometimes.

I have always found the staff helpful, the only very small problem I have is when seeing a nurse on the ground floor I am never sure which side of the surgery they will be.

I am very impressed by the service and care I have received from the Park Surgery, and from all those involved with the reception and care of this patient. Staff proved to be very pleasant and polite, and my doctor has offered me the best and very personalized attention (no treatment by numbers here!). I'm sorry but I find it difficult to suggest ways in which the service might be improved, but if any idea occurs to me in the future I will record it and pop it in your suggestions box.

from my recent experience from initial diagnosis first anti biotic did not work properly for UTI I found that on sending another specimen that was a wait of at least a fortnight for a Dr appointment when questioned if i could have a sooner one the lady I dealt with was very helpful and got me one with in days. thank you to this Lady sorry do not remember her name.
