The only negative about the surgery is the time you have to wait to get through on the phone, the wait is ridiculous

As shown above I find the doctors and staff are first class. I have no complaints. I expect you hear over and over again about the two things that are a problem, namely getting an appointment and car parking. We have been with this surgery for about six decades and for most of that time my wife and I did not have to use the surgery too much (except that my wife was a Receptionist during the 70s and 80s). During the past year or so our needs have become a little greater, and consequently the two problems. The surgery appears to be expanding both in terms of medical staff and facilities offered, which is great; but the expansion does accentuate the two problems.

The Dr i saw (Shilpa) was great. Listened to me, assessed me and was thorough. I cannot comment on the reception as I did not have to deal with them. I booked online and checked in using the automated service

As a new patient of Park Surgery, I accept that my experience may potentially be unrepresentative, although I have been absolutely delighted with my experiences thus far.

I have now used this surgery several times since relocating from London 7 months ago. I have had no problems with any aspect of Park Surgery and I would rate it far above the service we had in London.
