I try to make appointments on line but sometimes the availability is limited.

I was very poorly overnight, I arrived at the surgery when they opened in the morning, I was given an appointment straight away, the receptionist was very polite, helpful and understanding. The acute doctor I saw was running a bit late and was most apologetic, but I assured her this was not a problem I was very grateful to be able to see a doctor immediately.

The surgery is a well run outfit, from reception right through to GP - Dr Loganathan Nursing staff very pleasant and efficient I feel that given the 'problems' I am monitored and looked after extremely well If there is a slight critisism it is in appointments area - the time has extended quite considerably but this is probably due to overload of patients. All in all I am very happy with the way in which the surgery operates
