The level of care and service at the surgery is top class. The only real problem that we have encountered is the time spent on the telephone when trying to book an appointment. As far as everything else is concerned the surgery is the best managed of all that I have attended

It is often difficult to get through on the phone in the morning as the phones are very busy, but once one gets through the receptionists are very helpful. It is very useful having the pharmacy there so that one can get a prescription filled straight away. I think that this has been a tremendous boon for all patients.

I have always been more than happy with the facilities and all staff at the Park Surgery. My Doctor has always taken an interest and recently arranged various tests which appear to have solved my problem.
