Very difficult to get an appointment. Doctor was not very thorough in examination. Not adequate.

It is difficult to get an appointment specially if you phone in the morning. It takes for ever for the phone to be answered. But if you get through eventually, the receptionists are very helpful. I phoned yesterday regarding my husband's health. In no time al all, I was re-directed and we had a doctors' visit at home within a couple of hours. My husband and I think ourselves very lucky and are thankful to all the staff at this surgery.

I was asked to attend for a blood test and blood pressure check so therefore I was not involved in the decision to have both. I am not complaining because it is necessary to have both checked on a regular basis.

The doctor i seen today was really lovely & would highly recommend but trying to get appointments if you need one same day or within a day or 2 is pretty much impossible. Telephone lines are always busy from when they open and appointments gone by the time you get through.. but this is no reflection on great service given to me by the doctor when im seen with that I'm very happy.. my suggestion stop taking on so many patients!
