Had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment and when I arrived waited another half hour before I was called into see the doctor. I understand that appointment can run over however there was no mention by anyone that that was the case. I spoke to the Receptionist and all she said was I was next and its expected that doctors surgeries run late but her tone of voice was apaling

Car parking can be a problem? Usually have to pay in public car park but never know how long I'm going to be, I don't normally have any problem with surgery service, it's when we are referred to someone higher? That the problems start? But that's not the surgerys fault, I have had a few hiccups with my on line medication but i hope now that has been sorted.

I always get 1st class treatment and I have the utmost confidence in the way my G.P. provides advice and treatment. Pleased with the other services that the surgery provides. Can be somewhat difficult to get an appointment within a short time frame.

I was seen for my ultra sound scan at my appointment time . The technician was very pleasant and made me feel totally at ease.

The surgery is so busy now, so to get an appointment you do have to wait for weeks to get to see a doctor, not a major problem just an observation really... Thanks
