As a physiotherapist in the acute hospital trust, I have heard many bad reports of gp practices.
I would like to thank all the staff at park lane for your amazing dedication to patient care and for continuing to provide such an excellent service despite nhs pressures. From reception staff to gp’s and everyone else behind the scenes- you all should be so proud of the job you do.
I feel very lucky to have been so well supported through my long standing health conditions whilst also being able to access support urgently for my poorly son who had numerous infections before Christmas. You are also currently supporting me with my daughter who is being investigated for epilepsy.
Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart! And, as a patient said to me today…..you are making such an impact on the people who you are caring for.
It is sometimes easier face to face to discuss appointment availability. However, the receptionists always try their best.
My doctor is very helpful and involves me in the decision making regarding my health care and monitoring to keep me healthy. He provides advice on improving my health care.
This is a great surgery, I feel very lucky to be in the catchment area in order to be a patient here.
The doctors are very caring and reassuring.
Too few doctors man the surgery, or too many patients. When appointments are available, the the service is second to none. I just think more doctors are essential.
I would like more friendly helpful receptionists. I find them snappy and abrasive I know they have a lot of people ringing them up but most of the people are feeling ill and down and then to be snapped out or made out like your in the wrong about something doesn’t help Apart from that the doctors are great and very understanding . The parking isn’t very good as lots of folk going to the park , park outside and if your old , it’s hard work to walk from the bottom of the road to the surgery. There should be a sign saying surgery only Thankyou
