The doctors I have seen have been sympathetic, patient, listened to my needs and caring. I have always been diagnosed correctly and received the right treatments without having to go elsewhere. However, until now getting to the reception to make an appointment had been difficult and had to make so many calls before you could speak to a reception, but since lately, things have improved.

Reception is friendly and approachable. Waiting to be seen doesn't usually take long. Doctors I've seen have been helpful and listen well to your problems. Getting a same day appointment is hard as not able to get through or most are booked up with 20 minutes of surgery opening and general appointments are not available for 2 weeks, not sure how this can be improved.
