- Go back to old system. - Can't get appointment unless you ring before 8.30 am. - Can't get appointment with my proffered GP. - Reception staff need more training. - If there is a problem with prescription, why don't staff consult a G.P and/or let patient know before collection day. - What are the various clinic's for e g well woman (not even reception staff know what it/they are for).
