I think it is terrible, elderly and disabled people are expected to climb three flights of stairs also my mum after knee replacement when ground floor rooms are available.
Everything was good about my care other than being blamed for a mistake with my appointment by Dr Mohan and receptionist from 5 when I was told to be here for 5.30 pm, I also didn't like the manner I was spoken to by Dr. Mahon when he came to reception to speak to me about this matter.

I think a new practice/building would go a long way in improving facilities but still this side of town.

I have been satisfied with NHS service. I would like to see a new hot wood medical center.
Reception staff could benefit from customer care training, a simple smile and "hello how can I help you" on arrival cost nothing but makes a big difference to your experience.
Excellent that clinical staff involve you in making decision about your care.
Did not appreciate being turned away from appointment for being 2 to 3 minutes late and yet they where 5-10 minutes late with my rebooked appiontment.
