I was called in to discuss test results, the clinician advised that the test results had not been received yet and that the instructions to book an appointment clearly stated that this should be done when the test results had been received. Therefore both my wife, who is disabled, and I had a wasted journey and experienced emotional stress in not being relieved of the worry regarding my potential condition. The clinician was apologetic.

The secretary could have read the instructions throughly.

It's hard to get a doctors appointment now days as there really busy, there's far too many patients and not enough doctors to cover what's needed from them, but they do try there best, this is how it's going to be for the for see able future of the NHS service..

Less patients more doctors..

The surgery is being decorated so looks untidy. Appointments are really difficult to make !!!

The receptionist was fantastic. Really caring and helpful. Same as the nurse on duty.

Nothing I was over the moon with the response and service.
