I used the triage form for my first requested appointment and there are a lot of boxes to respond to I am more than happy to see nurse practioners it would be useful for long term conditions to be able to book an appointment through systmone where the the nurse led clinics are set out

I had an appointment at your extended access clinic with a GP who advised I needed an ECG. A receptionist called within days to offer an appointment that fitted in with me.
