Lady answering phone was very good

Woman in dispensary was very blunt and unwelcoming. Tried to say my prescription had gone out front and would only believe me after I showed her the text. She then looked properly and found my prescription.

Reception team were really helpful, they were unable to get hold of me on my mobile so tried my other numbers which I really appreciated. The doctor was really nice and helpful and explained things well.
