Staff at surgery are always helpful and friendly. I had a phone appointment which was easy to book online. Previously visited the surgery and the receptionist was helpful and empathetic.

I have always been very impressed by how quickly I have been seen at the surgery. I am contacted promptly when I have submitted a triage request. The nurses have always been very pleasant and airways helpful. Maybe it's my age, but sometimes I would like that interaction with a doctor.

95% of the time I feel the nurses do a great job. Recently though I believe that had I spoken with a doctor they might have diagnosed something sooner, by experience and questioning a symptom.
