I have some very annoying health issues but the practice have been wonderful in keeping on top of them with me. I have had exemplary service from the secretaries, receptionists, nurses, doctors and NB pharmacist. Well done all.

Very hard to get an appointment if you work

You have to call or make triage request but phone call you could be waiting 20 to 30mins. It could be that you have a deal with the phone companies to keep you hanging on the phone. I know this is not the case but when you have to wait to talk to someone the frustration kicks in.

Have a call back service to stop you waiting on the line.
