The doctors are all very helpful and compassionate and listen to concerns and discuss possible options rather than being dismissive I happy being under their care I like using texts

I do find that ant customised messages on the prescription requests are not read, it would be useful to receive a text if there’s an issue instead of ignoring it. Emails or texts would be useful for asking questions about results When sending out telephone appointments a approximate time would be useful because of work

I didn’t have a physical appointment, it was receptionist & a nursing professional so can’t comment about the state of the surgery

Obviously a face-to-face appointment but these are rare nowadays
