I have always found my GP practice staff to be polite and most helpful. I have never had a problem getting attention.

I did have a phone consult with 1 GP who I think should have taken things further for me.

I have found it more recently more difficult to get an appointment quickly to see a GP. Nurse appointments are easier.

Obviously it’s frustrating with the waiting times, but I understand, just don’t use doctors until it’s painful and then got to wait quite a while to get the referral, the GP has done the referral it’s the other end that very slow,

It would be nice to be able to have face to face with the GP’, on some ailments, but also think the phone has its place for most cases
