Rang the surgery and was able to get a face to face appointment as unable to answer the phone during work time.

I did not get my appt because test results not back and told they can't be chased. Can never get an appt as surgery don't understand that people work and can't get a Saturday appt as surgery is shut. Not seen my Dr for years as unable to make an appt to see her. I was actually told by another Dr that I shouldn't expect to see anyone in particular. This surgery is getting worse, the receptionist actually asked me if I still wanted my blood test review even though there were no results!!!! Our health doesn't seem to matter any more, tablets given that affect inherent conditions, no appts, waiting weeks for a call back. Disgraceful!!

Actually have Dr's in the surgery to see patients and remember the old days when you offered evening and Saturdays for patients that work.

Once you finally get an appointment the service is excellent. No point in ringing for an appointment I was once on the phone for 40 mins before someone answered and then snapped at me! I always now go in to make my appointments but again that is usually a long drawn out process and I have to explain my full medical condition in the waiting area for all to hear fortunately it’s not been anything embarrassing or that I don’t want anyone else to hear

Getting through reception for an appointment is like running the gauntlet! Not good if you’re already feeling ill
