It is always very difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor. The receptionist tells you to phone on the day at 8.30 ambit when you phone on the dot there are 5 or 6:people waiting before you. I had an appointment with a doctor at 9. 30am but had to wait in the surgery till 10.45 am to see a nurse.

I really don't know but something needs tochange
