It is not a problem getting an appointment now I am retired but when I worked in London it was very difficult deciding whether to stay at home hoping I would get an appointment in the morning or to go to work and hope to get an appointment in the afternoon/evening. I do not know if the late evening appointments have solved this issue.

I usually see Dr. Morgan who is always very caring. The practise is great, always clean and it is always easy to get an appointment, I really cannot find any faults at all. The receptionists are 98% helpful. Thankfully I personally don't need many appointments.

I cannot remember the exact date of my last appointment, sorry. If the surgery is going to be closed for staff training, could it announced on the web page please. I went online to check that my prescription was ready and there was no mention made that the surgery was closing early - a tad annoyed at the wasted journey. Apart from that, the service I receive is always what I would expect. Thank you.

I usually book my appointments online but on the occasions that I do have to ring up I've never had a problem seeing a doctor although it may not be my doctor of choice which I think is reasonable for an emergency appointment. We're very lucky to have such an efficient friendly team at the surgery in Marden.
