Telephone calls for appointments are not ideal. I have stood in front of a receptionist and requested this, only to be told go home and ring tomorrow. This is not good. Calling on a Monday morning is a nightmare.

No Pam persevered with difficult removal of ear wax. Brilliant nurse.

You cannot make appointments for non urgent conditions therefore you end up ringing on the day

Nothing on this occasion as was purely for blood tests

Nurse Jenni is brilliant. Kind, caring and interested. Thank everyone for their care during the year. Happy Christmas.

Today nothing. Sometimes one particular receptionist comes over as brisk and harsh. I know that they are busy but a smile helps everyone.

Lovely nurse who gave my son his immunisations. She direct things to him despite him being 3 and she made sure to tell him what she was going to be doing and why. Explained all of the possible side effects to me. She was so kind and lovely to speak to. Very child friendly making a fuss at the end giving him a certificate, sticker and lolly to make him feel special and brave. It was lovely that she acknowledged immunisations are difficult for parents too!!

Nothing the nurse was really lovely and understanding.
