Sometimes have to trek to the Old Town surgery for a blood test.

I saw Jenny she was just wonderful. A lovely girl who explained everything to me regarding my blood test. Nice to feel at ease with such a professional nurse.

Nothing as far as I am concerned, I hope I get to see her for further blood tests.

It is easier to get a telephone appointment than.a face to face one, but I would hope I could get an appointment if necessary.

Getting appointments has become more difficult, and it appears can never book to actually see a gp anymore.
Some of the telephone staff need training in manners but on the whole it's a great practise.
