It sometimes takes a long time to get through to reception to book an appointment and by the time you do there are no appointments left so you have to ring again the next day.

More telephone lines and more bookable appointments .

Sometimes lengthy wait to get through and then all appointments that day are gone. However during recent course of treatment appointments have been arranged in advance.

Overall the care I have received over the past 4 months has been superb! Also on occasion when I have had queries the reception staff have been most helpful. The nursing treatment, care and support has been universally marvellous and I cannot express my gratitude sufficiently strongly!

My appointment was pre booked but the reception staff are generally very friendly and helpful

Overall other than having more facilities for the amount of people living in the village there is very little you can you do that to improve with the limited resources you have
