Sometimes the queue to get through to reception is very long and by the time you do get through all available appointments are gone so you have to call back the next day at 8 so this process sometimes occurs again.

Nothing as the appointment went smoothly and was on time.

Always queue on phone and also too many instructions at start of message on phone line. Should be able to book online as we used to do . Some receptionists excellent and some not. Re surgery - lots of posters everywhere! Maybe look at amount of information on display. Toby - nurse- excellent. Realise everyone works hard and under pressure.

It is almost impossible to get an appointment with my GP

You could have protected my blood sample and not destroyed it

By the time I get through I am usually well down the queue and have trouble getting an appointment. I have had better results for a telephone appt. The staff are usually very helpful and friendly.

I am satisfied with the practice in the present situation
