At 8am Waiting online can be long and maybe no appointments left to see my GP I'm advised to phone again tomorrow. Maybe same answer the next day - appointments for that day only - could be helpful if able to make an appointment for a day during that week.

The staff responded to my concerns and requirements very well and seemed to take ownership of the problem. This was then proven by me receiving a call to advise of the actions taken which put my mind at rest.

Nothing currently other than maybe have made the process of.obtaining a hospital discharge repeat prescription the day before

This practice is always clean and tidy. The staff are lovely and cheerful always. The doctors and nurses are the best I’ve ever known. Always get an appointment and never pressured. I’m very thankful.
