I’ve been very ill just lately and have appreciated the good service I’ve received when I needed it.

I can’t think of anything. Everything seemed to be covered.

I saw the nurse and explained I had been experiencing stomach pains for 6 weeks. I spoke to the receptionist on the way out who booked me in for a same day phone call. Previously I’d have had to phone at 8am and ‘battle’ to get an appointment. Much improved.

It just seems very difficult to make an appointment.

My experience was very good the lady that took my blood was more than competent and friendly it's just the difficulty and obtaining an appointment in the first place.
