All ok. Some difficulty getting the blood sample but I don’t have good veins haven’t had to make an appointment

Due to the volume of patients it is difficult at times to see a GP. But on the whole I think that the service offered and given is good. I have had to use the surgery quite frequently over the past 2 years and have always found the Doctors and Nurses extremely helpful and caring. Referrals have been put into place when required.

Would be nice to access a Nurse practitioner for minor ailments.

Unable to get a face to face appointment. In queueing system when get to front all appointments gone for the day and told to ring back at 8 next day only to be in queue again.

As deaf with cochlear implant which does not work on phone. Need face to face appointment
